Order Issues

01 - Delivery Period

Delivery is on the next Wednesday if ordered before midnight (Friday-Tuesday); delivery is on the next Friday if ordered before midnight (Wednesday-Thursday). Delivery is excluded on Public Holidays. Order is expected to be received 1-2 working day after delivery.

02 - Returns & Refunds

Moonlight carefully examines each order before delivery. However, if there is any damaged or misplaced product, customers are advised to contact us by email within 2 days after receiving the delivery. All returned product shall be brand new and maintain in sealed package. Product that have been opened shall not be returned.


Delivery

01 - Delivery Fee

HK$22 delivery fee (business areas in Hong Kong) will be included for order under HK300. for Moonlight Tea offers free shipping to business areas in Hong Kong for order over HK$300.
 

02 - Logistics

All orders are mailed and delivered by SF Express. We do not offer pick-up service.
 

03 - Delivery Area

We only offer delivery in Hong Kong.

04 - Tracking

We will send confirmation email once we mail the order. The confirmation email has included the waybill number for trackable service usage.
 

05 - Extra charges for delivery outside business areas

SF Express charges extra delivery fee (HK$20) for domestic areas in Hong Kong; or extra HK$30 for remote areas in Hong Kong. For details for extra charges for delivery outside business areas of SF Express, please click here
